Rainbow Landscape Irrigation & Maintenance (landscape contractor) did this landscape project in the city of Tiburon, Marin County, California. This property was recently sold and we did the landscape project for the new owners whom wanted to improve the entire landscape for both the front yard and backyard of their newly acquired property.
The front yard included removing the existing landscape, grading the surface for the artificial grass installation, new garden plants with a drip system, garden lights, and artificial lawn installation and mulching the exposed topsoil areas. The backyard of this property included the construction of engineered retaining walls. These walls were made of cinderblock, reinforced with rebar and stucco finish. This backyard was built in two levels; the upper level is surrounded by retaining walls and a flagstone patio. The lower level was built with an artificial grass area and a stone patio in between. Both levels were connected with stone stairs with garden lights built-in. The backyard landscape was completed with many garden plants, a drip irrigation system to monitor water use, mulching the exposed topsoil areas and a garden lighting system.
