A home staging company contacted different landscaping contractors to bid on this project and to suggest alternatives to improve the landscape in this property without going over the budget considered for this landscaping project. The home staging company requested the following services to be presented in the bid: cleaning up garden, garden lighting, installation & configuration of an irrigation system, minor stone work, mulching, planting, power washing the patio and walkways, and improving the cracked concrete driveway.
